I love you, Shin Megami Tensei Five,
When I play you, it makes me feel alive.
Sure, you can be quite lengthy,
But many other JRPGs eye you with envy.
On the Switch, you are a looker,
Definitely hotter than my late Nana’s cooker.
For you see one of the little knobs was loose,
I meant to fix it, I have no excuse.
But time has moved on, it really flew,
The cooker is gone, my Nana too.
Sorry, what was I talking about,
Probably a new video game, no doubt.
Oh yeah, Shin Megami Tensei,
The game with demons a-plenty.
It feels really huge, I can’t deny,
Absolutely packed with nooks and crannies, aye.
The learning curve is smoother than four,
The story is pretty samey, but not a bore.
You know the score, you’re still in school,
Wandering to different dimensions, it’s all cool.
All in all, I’d recommend it,
As long as you’re in for the long haul, and won’t quit.
